 Same Day Delivery: If you order before 12:00 pm in the recipient's time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Saturday. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within a two hour window on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Times: Normal delivery times are 10am-5pm daily for orders going to a business, 6pm for orders to a residence, hotel, or hospital, and 2:30pm for orders going to a school. During busy times and  holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we operate extended hours and delivery times are 8am-8pm.

Substitution Policy: Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
